Pipeline flatness is a method to measure pipe bending
Pipeline diameter deviation, roundness, etc.
In the production process, the steel pipe will cause different degrees of bending in the longitudinal direction (i.e. length direction) of the main body of the steel pipe. However, the bending degree of some steel pipe products can be seen with naked eyes, and the steel pipe is not a qualified product. As long as it is a regular manufacturer, it is absolutely not allowed to leave the factory, and some products need special equipment to measure their straightness.
There are mainly two kinds of measurement methods for pipeline straightness, one is inner hole straightness measurement method, the other is on-line straightness measurement.
Inner hole straightness is measured by laser collimation. The basic principle of the straightness detection device is that the laser beam is used as a linear reference to detect the bending deviation and bending direction of the holes in a circular tube.
The straightness measurement uses photoelectric probe to measure the straightness of steel tube, and can measure the straightness while measuring the outer diameter of titanium rod. When the instrument works, the steel pipe passes through the measuring area of the measuring instrument. Six groups of probes measure the outer diameter of steel tube and the position of part edge at the same time, and calculate the straightness error of the rod according to the position of each part edge. When the outer diameter or straightness of steel pipe exceeds the set tolerance range, the acoustooptic alarm will automatically alarm to achieve the purpose of qualified judgment.

There are two methods to measure the straightness of pipeline, one is the inner hole straightness measurement, the other is the online straightness measurement.

Six groups of probes simultaneously measure the outer diameter of the steel pipe and the position of the edge of the measuring part, and calculate the straightness error of the round bar according to the position of the edge of each part. When the outer diameter or straightness of the steel pipe exceeds the set tolerance range, the audible and visual alarm will automatically give an audible and visual alarm to achieve the purpose of qualified judgment.
