Seamless pipe nipple

Seamless pipe joints have the following forms:


Welding type: The end of the pipe is machined to groove, and the pipe is welded by hand or by automatic welding. Compression type: Insert the pipe into the orifice of the pipe and fix it with a nut. The shell of the nozzle is compressed by the screw force through the sealing force to seal the pipeline and complete the connection of the pipeline.


Compression type: Insert the pipe into the pipe, press the pipe wall into a hexagon by special installation tools, and the inner sealing ring also forms a hexagon.  Flange type: Flange and pipeline are welded by circular argon arc welding and fixed by quick fixture or bolt to seal gasket between flanges and complete pipeline connection.


Conical thread type: external thread and pipe are used for circular argon arc welding, and internal thread pipe joint is sealed by conical thread connection to complete pipe connection.
